Tapping Into the Memory of the Heart

This class builds upon the evidence of a heart-brain presented last week. We continue to explore the reality of the heart-head communication, and we deepen understanding of the lifestyle-based practices that bring us into a coherent space to improve memory through a heart-centered approach.


Weekly classes include lifestyle-based practices, memory challenges, and interactive skill-building, along with a new topic surrounding memory and a memorable lifestyle.

It is always a great day to begin… new participants are welcome!
