In our second week of this 3-part series, we add new memory strategies and practice recall exercises related to historical events. History enriches our lives through context and perspective, and a better memory of historical events serves our curiosity along with our brain!

Weekly classes include lifestyle-based practices, memory challenges, and interactive skill-building, along with a new topic surrounding memory and a memorable lifestyle.
